ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME 



READY STOCK/PRE-ORDER ITEM

Ready Stock will take 2-3 business days to process your order, ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIME 3-5 days exclude PUBLIC HOLIDAY,WEEKENDS (East Malaysia Estimate 5-7 days)

Pre Order will take 2-5 business days to process your order, ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIME 14-21 days exclude PUBLIC HOLIDAY,WEEKENDS (East Malaysia Estimate 14-21 days)

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Delivery will be conduct using J & T,Poslaju Malaysia, ABX,Skaynet Citylink. All delivery will be given with a tracking code to track your shipment.

DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBER

You will get delivery tracking number after the order process. We usually ship within 2-3 working days after confirmation of payment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appear in courier tracking system.

RECEIVER’S RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a receiver for the shipment. Joomdecor.com can only ensure that we ship to the correct address supplied to us during checkout process. It is advisable to consider having work/office address as receiving address over residential address. Please ensure the shipping address given is absolutely correct and accurate because we are unable take responsibility with inaccurate information.

STAIRCASE CHARGES

We only provide staircase delivery for delivery addresses located within a building for 2 storeys. An additional charge of RM80.00 for each storey will apply for the 2rd storey above. The charge will also be applied to unforeseen circumstances e.g. there’s no lift facility in the building, furniture is unable to fit into the lift, lift unserviceable upon delivery crew’s arrival, refusal of lift access by building management, etc. Please pay the fee before the agreed delivery date or pay directly to the delivery team. 

PERMISSION TO ACCESS TO YOUR BUILDING/RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT

You have to ensure that the relevant permissions are obtained from the building or residential management prior to the scheduled delivery day. We are not obliged to wait for you to grant access to the premise as we have other scheduled deliveries to fulfill for the day. If we are unable to deliver on confirmed delivery day and time slot due to any difficulty in accessing your premise, re-delivery fee will be charged based on the standard rate.






INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International standard shipping takes up to 14-45 working days or more excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.Delivery time may be longer during peak/festive season and bad weather conditions, and may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or any other addresses not covered by Standard Shipping.

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

For international orders,import tax and duties may be applicable, depending on the destination country. You are responsible for all import tax and duties. The courier or your local post office will contact you with further details for customs clearance. *Please note that customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery time.

JOOMDECOR is not responsible for any import tax and duties incurred on your orders. The charges for your orders are determined by the customs office of the destination country. The total amount at our checkout page does not include import tax and duties, and you may be required to pay them to the courier upon delivery.

For further details of the custom fees, we recommend you to contact the local customs office before placing an order.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Our ability to ship your order to you is only as good as the information that you provide us. Whether you are ordering products for yourself or others, you must ensure that you provide us with an accurate address. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures if you don’t give us the correct address or if it is an address that we can’t perform delivery to. If a shipment is returned as unclaimed, undeliverable, regardless of the reason, we shall be entitled to keep you liable for the shipping and handling fees that were associated with that shipment.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Due to the signed-for nature of deliveries, we recommend that items be sent to a work or home address in order to avoid any delays in receiving your items.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment; that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; or that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. In the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Shipping will be done according to the costs and methods described on our website. Once we ship your item, we are no longer responsible for its condition or delivery to your chosen address. Any claims for damages on the item should be filed by you against the shipper.

PAYMENT

We offer PAYPAL as our payment gateway. PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out. More information about PayPal is available at www.paypal.com. Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
