1. HOW WILL I KNOW THAT THE ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
After you place an order, an order confirmation immediately appears in the same window. The confirmation includes an order number. Please write the order number down before closing your browser. Within 24 hours, you will receive an order confirmation email, which shows the same order number and provides a link to your order status page on the website. You can check the status of your order anytime.
2. CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Click the “TRACK YOUR ORDER" link at the bottom of the website to check the status of your order. Enter the order number and your email address to track a single order. You can also sign into your account to see your recent order history. For each order, you can see order details and shipment summary. Your order may take the full estimated shipping time to get to you. If your order status shows up as “in-process” that means we are getting your order ready to go! We’ll do everything possible to make sure your order gets to you by the promised date. As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with all your tracking information.
3. HOW MANY DAYS WILL THE DELIVERY TAKE?
FOR READYSTOCK - Orders will be post out by next working days (exclude PUBLIC HOLIDAY,FRIDAY & SATURDAY)it takes 2-3 working days to reach your address. Delivery times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to our exchange and return policy for further information. Joomdecor shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any shipment or delayed delivery.
FOR PRE ORDER - Pre-order items take 14-21 working days (working days besides of weekends & Public Holiday) arrival upon payment verification. We cannot ensure every pre-order item is available and able to arrive on time until further update by suppliers. There might have some pre-order products discontinued by our suppliers from time to time. hence, buyers might be notified about shortage of ordered items even though payment made and waiting time within 4 weeks. We strongly recommend Customers whom well patience to order those pre-order products. There are not allowed for refundable or changeable once you’ve place ordered.
Customers have the responsibility to check their order status from time to time before the orders completed shipped. Tracking Number will be provided on your orders.
Parcel which is unclaimed after 1 week will be return back to us. Once return back you need to pay for the second delivery postage, we do not bear for the re-delivery fees.
All orders are shipped out according to order number and sequences, we do not combine orders.
All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on weight & your shipping state and country. Unless for products which is under free shipping promotion.
Your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied.
4. DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS?
Sorry, we do not issue any store credits or cash refunds.
5. CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
A shipping summary, including the shipping provider used and a tracking number for the package, is designated to each order we ship out and shall be included in the Shipping and Delivery Status Confirmation e-mail. The shipping provider gives a more detailed status of your delivery and has the most up-to-date information.
